● Delivery Area

Except for some areas, we deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.

※ If you wish delivery to the area excluded from our delivery area, we may be able to deliver for an extra fee etc. Please contact us.

● Free Delivery

Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Areas

※ You will be entitled to free shipping when you make a purchase of HK$800 or more.

New Territories

※ You will be entitled to free shipping when you make a purchase of HK$1,200 or more.

● Delivery Date

You can specify the delivery date/time within 7 days from 2 days after the order date.

※ Depending on the circumstances of our company's fixed Days Off/Public Holidays, the earliest possible delivery date may differ depending on the day of the week you ordered.

※ Even within the deliverable period, Sundays and Holidays are not available to specify.

※ If we cannot deliver as per your request due to stock-out or other circumstances, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

※ For orders during Long Holidays such as Year-End & New Year Holidays, Chinese New Year, the number of days to deliver you can specify may be different.

● Delivery Time Zone

09:00～13:00 / 13:00～18:00 / 18:00～20:00

※ Due to traffic and other circumstances, we may not be able to deliver in the time zone of your choice.

※ We may not be able to accept the time zone delivery service for some areas.

● 無料配達

香港島、九龍区

※ お買物合計HK$800以上は送料無料。

新界区

※ お買物合計HK$1,200以上は送料無料。

● お届け日

ご注文日の2日後から7日間でご指定いただけます。

※ 弊社の定休日・祝日の都合により、ご注文いただきました曜日により最短のお届け可能日が異なります。

※ お届け可能な期間であっても、日曜日・祝日はご指定いただけません。j

※ 売り切れやその他事情でお届けのご希望に添えない場合、メールまたはお電話にてご連絡させていただきます。

※ 年末年始や春節など長期休暇期間中のご注文は、ご指定いただけるお届け日数が異なる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

● お届け時間帯
